  I gave it one star because I had to give it some rating or this comment wouldn't appear. They don't even deserve that. All I wanted was one bamboo placemat for an Easter dinner table. I've been waiting two weeks and they blame me because I used a po box when ordering on line. No where was there any mention of this during the ordering process. Never received confirmation of shipping without a call from me and then no mention of the pobx then. Today they wanted me to contact Fed Ex. What in God's name is happening to this world. Good customer satisfaction??????????????????????? They don't understand the theory.
