- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆August 21, 2020, by Chris KaneI just tend to like Sur La Table. I think they have a better selection of gadgets, appliances, and utensils than other similar stores. However, this particular store is particularly nice in the area. They have a great selection, beautiful test kitchen, and is in a beautiful little shopping plaza just off PCH. However, I've been a touch disappointed in the service, which goes from stressed high pressure to snotty and every level in between.
